At Story of Strings, every handbag is a labor of love — hand-embroidered by skilled artisans in India, crafted to tell a story that’s uniquely yours. As each piece is custom made to order, we take great care in ensuring that your bag is as special as the hands that create it.
Order Processing & Creation Time
Each artwork is made to order, which means it is lovingly handcrafted just for you.
Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for your product to be created before it is shipped. This time allows our artisans to work with the attention and detail your piece deserves. Business days are Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays are not included in shipping days.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it anywhere in the world through our trusted global shipping partners.
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep.
Multiple Shipments
Since all our bags are handcrafted individually, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.
You’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment, and no additional fees will be charged for split deliveries.
Changing or Cancelling Orders
If you've accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, contact us with your correct address within 2 hours of making your purchase and we’ll update your details.
